Working with Imali Wealth Group

Imali Wealth Group is a South African innovation and venture-building group focused on developing platforms, programmes and partnerships across fintech, blockchain, agritech, digital education, healthtech, enterprise development and sustainable value chains.

We help entrepreneurs, institutions, funders, project owners and ecosystem partners move from ideas to structured ventures, digital platforms and measurable implementation outcomes.

We work with entrepreneurs, SMEs, cooperatives, project owners, funders, investors, corporates, municipalities, development partners, academic institutions, technology partners and community-based organisations.

Our work is especially focused on initiatives that support inclusive growth, digital transformation, enterprise development, market access, funding readiness and sustainable value creation.

No. Blockchain and digital finance are important parts of the Imali ecosystem, but they are not the full focus of the group.

Imali Wealth Group also works across agritech, enterprise development, digital skills, healthtech, payments, business systems, climate-smart value chains, township innovation and programme delivery. Blockchain is treated as one enabling technology within a broader inclusive digital growth strategy.

Imali Wealth Group is based in South Africa, with activities and partnerships connected to Johannesburg, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and broader African growth opportunities.

Our contact office is Workshop 17 Firestation, 16 Baker Street, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196.

We approach partnerships through practical alignment. This means understanding the opportunity, clarifying the role of each partner, identifying the implementation pathway and building a model that can be delivered, measured and improved.

We are open to partnerships involving funding, programme delivery, technology development, market access, research, entrepreneurship support, agriculture value chains, digital finance, skills development and ecosystem building.

Platforms & Programmes

The Imali ecosystem includes platforms and initiatives such as DIDS Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Imali Blockchain, Imali Crypto, Agrismart Villages, Agrismart Hubs, Imali Digital and Imali Academy.

Each platform supports a different part of the group’s mission: building inclusive pathways into technology, finance, skills, markets, entrepreneurship and sustainable value chains.

DIDS is an innovation and entrepreneurship platform that supports entrepreneurs, digital start-ups and grassroots innovators through skills development, incubation, mentorship, prototype support and commercialisation pathways.

It is designed to help entrepreneurs move from ideas into structured, market-ready and implementation-ready ventures.

Agrismart Villages is Imali Wealth Group’s agriculture and sustainable value-chain initiative. It focuses on supporting farmers, project owners, suppliers, buyers and investment partners through technology-enabled agricultural development.

The broader Agrismart ecosystem includes project development, marketplace participation, crowd-farming models, sustainable value chains and agritech platform enablement.

Imali Blockchain focuses on digital trust, smart contracts, tokenisation, digital assets and transparent value-exchange infrastructure.

Its purpose is to explore responsible blockchain use cases in real-economy sectors such as agriculture, insurance, digital finance, environmental management, payments and value-chain coordination.

Partnerships, Funding & Market Access

Imali Wealth Group evaluates opportunities based on strategic fit, commercial logic, impact potential and available funding mechanisms.

In some cases, Imali may participate as a strategic partner, technology partner, implementation partner, platform partner or BBBEE-aligned partner. Where direct capital is not immediately available, we may explore funding pathways through development partners, public-sector programmes, private funders, impact investors or strategic partnerships.
